  • Added ability to automatically add user's email address to CC for various printing (such as Invoices, Customer Statements, etc.). This can be set in User Maintenance in the user's My Info/Preferences page. - Release Date: 8/19/2020

  • Added a field in Inventory Parameters called Update Part Supplier Cost from Master. When this parameter is turned on, the default supplier's Level 1 Cost Value will be automatically updated when the part's Standard Cost is changed.   • In Sales Order Maintenance, a new "Sales Estimates" tab has been added to allow you to maintain Sales Order Estimate records. Note that sales order estimate records normally originate from a Quote when the quote gets accepted and exported to a sales order. This allows you to modify those sales order estimates after the quote has been exported to a sales order. - Release Date: 12/7/2020

  • Added a field to User Maintenance called "Modify/Delete All Private Reports". This will reveal a checkbox in generic reports that will allow users to access all private reports. (Note: This field works in conjunction with the permissions for each generic report. The user will still need to have the Private Reports permission for this to work.) - Release Date: 8/11/2020

Fixed Items

  • TREQSO will now insure that the Account Master "Verify Subsidiary" setting is handled when adding or updating records in Account Balance Master, GL Transaction, GL Recurring Transaction, GL Budget Transcation, and Customer Payments. - Release Date: 1/18/2021
  • When running a generic report that has selectivity on a date field, when you enter a bad date, an alert box will now popup with an error message and the bad date will be changed to today's date and focus will be set back on the date textbox. This will prevent you from accidentally running a generic report with incorrect date selectivity. - Release Date: 10/13/2020
  • Downloading an Excel report would fail if there was a comma in the name. - Release Date: 10/12/2020
  • A problem was fixed in generic reports (such as Sales Analysis Report) when distributing to a CSV file for report that includes percent fields where you got an error "Conversion from type DBNull to type String is not valid". - Release Date: 10/2/2020
  • A problem was fixed where sorting and selectivity on a "percent" field would not work (such as the GP Percent Ordered field on Sales Orders reports). - Release Date: 7/27/2020

  • The "Update Customers from External Text File" page will now show an error message if a Custom Code text field is too long to import. - Release Date: 7/1/2020
  • Inventory
  • Several problems were fixed in the Inventory Reorder Report and some columns were realigned and the "Keep Together" settings were fixed to keep related lines from spanning pages. - Release Date: 10/20/2020
  • In Warehouse Transfer Maintenance, a problem as fixed where the incorrect Branch Number was used for the In-Transit Warehouse when closing a transfer. - Release Date: 8/3/2020
  • Labor
  • When merging labor to sales orders, the Sequence Number of the Sales Order Detail will now be set per the phase number of the labor. Note that this only happens if there is no Sales Order Estimate record for the labor Phase Number and Part Number being merged (because the Sales Order Estimate Sequence Number will be used if possible so that actual labor matches estimate labor). - Release Date: 1/15/2021
  • The Labor Efficiency report was showing inflated Standard Hours if there were multiple time cards for a bill/word code. - Release Date: 1/8/2021
  • The Labor Employee In-Job Inquiry report was not working when the Bill Code option was selected. - Release Date: 11/23/2020

  • Reports from the Pick List page were not sending emails. - Release Date: 7/30/2020
  • Several incorrect fields were fixed in the Manufacturing Order Maintenance finder and the incorrect "Building Quantity' field has been replaced with the "Serial Number" field. - Release Date: 7/21/2020
  • Part
  • Part Pricing Inquiry now includes a drop-down list for Branch Number to allow you to match on pricing that includes Branch Number. - Release Date: 12/22/2020
  • The "Add Part" form was missing the Tax Code field and so the Tax Code is now included as one of the fields you can specify when adding a new part. - Release Date: 12/11/2020
  • In Part Maintenance, for the Part Branch Maintenance form, when adding or updating, the page will now insure that the Part Supplier record exists for the specified Part Number and Supplier ID and that the Part Branch Supplier Part Number matches the Part Supplier Supplier Part Number. A "Create Part Supplier (if needed)" checkbox was added to give the user the option to create the Part Supplier record if it does not exist. - Release Date: 12/11/2020
  • In "Update Part from External Text File", if the Primary Supplier ID for the selected Template Part does not match the Primary Supplier ID of the part being updated, then an alert message will be displayed and the part will be skipped and not updated. - Release Date: 11/17/2020
  • Fixed a problem in Product Code Maintenance where expanding the finder grid and then scrolling to select item brings up the popup window out of view. - Release Date: 10/15/2020

  • Payables
  • In Payables Cash Requirements Report, an issue was fixed that incorrectly allowed you to set the Forecast Days to 0. - Release Date: 11/30/2020
  • The Net Amount was not being computed correctly (when there was a discount allowed but not taken) in generic Payables Aging reports. - Release Date: 11/2/2020
  • A supplier's history was not being updated in Create Payables from Receipts if the last purchase date of the supplier was set far in the future. - Release Date: 8/24/2020
  • Several problems were fixed in the Payables Reconciliation/Aging Report where the "Skip Zero Balance Invoices" option was not working and the report was showing incorrect data. - Release Date: 8/4/2020
  • In Print Payments, a problem was fixed where the Supplier Name was no longer printing on the Supplier Remittance Report. - Release Date: 8/3/2020
  • The Supplier Name field in generic Payables Payments reports was not showing the correct name for misc. one-time suppliers. - Release Date: 7/30/2020
  • The Comment field in the Payables Quick Invoice Payment page should only be enabled when adding a miscellaneous one-time supplier. - Release Date: 7/30/2020
  • Purchase Order
  • In Purchase Order Adjust Receipts, if GL Transaction records need to be added, will now check the Verify Branch, Verify Profit Center, and Verify Cost Center flags for each account and use Branch, ProfitCenter, CostCenter values from User's default values if Purchase Order values are zero. And if any of those values are still zero then show a warning message that the GL Transaction must be adjusted to fix the problem. - Release Date: 1/14/2021
  • The Purchase Order Adjust Receipts process will now use the Inventory Account from the Purchase Order Detail record if it is non-zero instead of the Inventory Account from the Account Group of the Part Number. - Release Date: 1/13/2021
  • In Purchase Order Maintenance the detail grid would sometimes appear to be too wide when the Part Description contained long text without spaces (such as a URL address). - Release Date: 12/8/2020
  • Duplicate serial numbers could be entered on the page in Purchase Order Receiving. - Release Date: 12/4/2020
  • The Automatic Reordering page was fixed so if the user changes the Supplier ID to order from in the drop-down list that the UOM will be changed to the Part Supplier's default UOM. Additionally, the Suggested Order Quantity would also get updated based on the new UOM. - Release Date: 12/3/2020
  • In Print Purchase Orders, when printing a large number of orders, a problem was fixed where the page did not finish due to a timeout problem. - Release Date: 10/23/2020
  • Purchase Order Batch Processing was changed when creating purchase orders from unattached backorders to use the Supplier ID from the Part Branch record if the record exists; otherwise use the Default Supplier ID from the Part Branch 0 record. - Release Date: 10/7/2020
  • In Purchase Order Receiving, when receiving a serial number required part, you will no longer be allowed to receive the part if the Serial Number being received already exists in part inventory. - Release Date: 10/1/2020
  • In Purchase Order Detail Maintenance, a problem was fixed where the focus was incorrectly set to the Order Quantity after tabbing off of the Part Number field. The focus should be set to the Detail Text field in this case. - Release Date: 8/12/2020
  • In Purchase Order > Adjust Receipts, when adjusting Actual Cost, instead of adjusting the Sales Order Detail costs based on the Purchase Order Detail Requisition fields, will now adjust Sales Order Detail based on any sales backorders that were attached to the PO detail line being adjusted (to adjust backorders that did NOT have Requisition info set). Also, the GL Transactions generated should affect WIP Account and Purchases Account if the Sales Order is still Open; otherwise should affect CGS Account and Purchases Account as it always did previously. - Release Date: 7/8/2020

  • A user's Quote ID code was not being used when copying a quote (if that user was set to a code other than the default). - Release Date: 1/13/2021
  • Could not print quotes from the Historical Inquiry page. - Release Date: 1/13/2021
  • In Model Maintenance, when you set the "Route Labor" checkbox, the wrench icon on each Model Sequence line was not working and would show an un-handled error in the popup window. This problem has been fixed. - Release Date: 12/16/2020
  • In Product Type Maintenance, the [Add] button text was not getting changed to [Update] after a new Product Type is added. This has been fixed. - Release Date: 12/16/2020
  • A problem was fixed where the Quote ID could not be included on a Quote Comments report without getting an error. - Release Date: 12/14/2020
  • The Taxable Amount field in Quote Maintenance was not excluding parts with no sales tax. - Release Date: 12/11/2020
  • Copying a model in Model Maintenance would not copy the numeric attribute values. - Release Date: 12/9/2020
  • Newly added validated attribute values were not being saved in Model Maintenance. - Release Date: 12/9/2020
  • The Auto Close Quotes setting in Quote Parameters was not working. Quotes were always closed when creating a sales order regardless of the setting. Since this has been corrected, the setting will now be turned on. - Release Date: 12/2/2020
  • In Quote Standard Codes Maintenance - Quote Stages Maintenance, a problem was fixed trying to add a Security Group that can advance the stage. - Release Date: 11/9/2020
  • In Quote Attribute Maintenance, only set the validation rows visibility after the [Update] button is clicked. Otherwise the user could add validations and then never click the [Update] button and those validations would be ignored. - Release Date: 10/6/2020
  • In Quote Maintenance, when adding/updating a part for a quote, you will now be prevented from having duplicate Part Number and Sequence Number for a given Quote and Model. This will prevent an error when merging a quote to an existing sales order where the correct sales order detail line to update could not be determined. - Release Date: 9/1/2020
  • Copying a model in Model Maintenance would fail if there were comments in the model. - Release Date: 8/20/2020
  • Deleting a model in Model Maintenance would fail if there were comments in the model. - Release Date: 8/20/2020
  • The quote detail action menu would not always appear in the correct spot in Quote Maintenance. - Release Date: 7/28/2020
  • Receivables
  • In the Payment Maintenance page, the Debit Account was being set based off of what payment method was selected. This lead to a delay in the page, and likely noticed when tabbing from the payment method drop-down to the payment amount field. If a payment amount value was typed in fast enough, the value may have been lost because of that delay. - Release Date: 12/16/2020
  • In Receivables Payment Maintenance, if you try to change the Payment Method back to "(Choose One)" after initially selecting a valid Payment Method, you will now get an error message telling you that you must choose a Payment Method. - Release Date: 12/9/2020
  • The "Sales Analysis" report was changed to prompt the user for the Report Year and Report Month to treat as the current year and month for this instance of the report. This allows you to run Sales Analysis reports on any past period; whereas previously you could only run the report for the current year/month per the Receivables Parameter setting - which is not how this historical report would normally be run. - Release Date: 11/19/2020
  • Several changes were made to the Sales Analysis Field Definitions page to clarify how the formulas can be generated and to prevent duplicate formulas and non-sensical formulas. The help page was also updated to clarify the various options for how sales analysis field definitions can be created. - Release Date: 11/19/2020
  • In Print Invoices, when printing a large number of invoices, a problem was fixed where the page did not finish due to a timeout problem. - Release Date: 10/23/2020
  • In Receivables Transactions Report, several issues were fixed where Gross Profit Amount and Gross Profit Percent fields were incorrectly using the Transaction Amount instead of the Sales Amount. - Release Date: 8/25/2020
  • The Post Receivables Transactions page was fixed to skip any customer payment where the Unapplied Amount is not equal to zero. - Release Date: 8/7/2020
  • Reports from the Invoice Inquiry page were not sending emails. - Release Date: 7/30/2020
  • In Receivables > Month End Processing, when you finish month-end processing and invoices that balance to zero get marked as Closed, a problem was fixed where Credit Memo invoices were not getting marked as Closed. - Release Date: 7/7/2020
  • Receivables Payment Maintenance fixed a problem where the focus was not correctly set to the Payment Amount after selecting the Payment Method. - Release Date: 7/1/2020
  • Sales Order

  • Fixed a problem with Sales Order Detail Maintenance if detail item is a formerly unknown part that now has a part alias to change to the real part number. - Release Date: 10/15/2020
  • In Sales Order Maintenance, on the "Phases" tab, a problem was fixed where phases that did not have a phase title record would show Phase 0 when trying to "edit" that non-existent record. Now, any phase without a phase title record will show "*** Phase Title Missing ***" in the Phase Title column of the finder grid. When you click the pencil icon to drill into that record, the Phase Number to be added will display and the button will now say [Add] instead of [Update]. Once the Phase Title record has been added with a non-blank Phase Title then you will be able to select that Phase Number on the Sales Order Detail Maintenance page. - Release Date: 10/8/2020
  • Sales Order Batch Processing was changed when creating purchase orders from unattached backorders to use the Supplier ID from the Part Branch record if the record exists; otherwise use the Default Supplier ID from the Part Branch 0 record. - Release Date: 10/7/2020
  • In "Replace Sales Order Fields", if a Part Number is changed that is on backorder, the backorder for the old part number will now be deleted. If the backorder was attached to a Purchase Order, the Requisition fields will also be cleared. Additionally, a message will now display if a backorder was deleted. - Release Date: 9/8/2020
  • In Sales Order Payment Maintenance, a problem was fixed where focus was mistakenly set back to Payment Reference Number when Payment Method was changed. Now the focus will correctly be set to the Payment Amount. - Release Date: 7/31/2020
  • The Debit Account was not being set for a new payment in Sales Order Maintenance when the user had no Default Cash/Payment Account set. - Release Date: 7/24/2020
  • Supplier
  • In Supplier Maintenance and Add Supplier routines, the "Date Limit Set" date will now be updated to today's date when the user changes the Credit Limit amount. - Release Date: 1/21/2021
  • The "Update Suppliers from External Text File" page will now show an error message if a Custom Code text field is too long to import. - Release Date: 7/1/2020

  • The System Event Log will now correctly show any Custom Code field changes when Custom Codes are updated for any for the following: Parts, Customers, Suppliers, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Quotes, and Vehicles. - Release Date: 7/2/2020
  • Vehicle
  • In Vehicle Maintenance, a problem was fixed that prevented you from deleting a vehicle if there were any Comments or Vehicle Certification data for the vehicle. - Release Date: 7/22/2020

Changes

  • All "percent" fields in generic reports will be rounded to 2 decimal places. Except for "tax rate" fields which will continue to be rounded to 3 decimal places. - Release Date: 11/13/2020
  • Part Category and Part Sub-Category dropdown lists now support Code Preference settings. Code Preferences can be set in "My - Info/Preferences" and in the Admin site under "Logins - Defaults". - Release Date: 10/16/2020
  • The "Batch Process Report" report distribution will now create CSV files and XLS files without the page headings, page footers, group headings, or group footers. - Release Date: 8/14/2020
  • Changes were made to GL Transaction postings that affect the Purchases Account so the Reference Number (i.e. Purchase Order ID) gets posted to GLCode1. This will help with reconciling unvouchered payables where the PO# needs to always be in GLCode1 to assist with the Purchases Account reconciliation. - Release Date: 7/28/2020
  • Pages that had spin buttons for numeric text boxes will now hide the spin buttons and disable scroll button option as well when a numeric text box has focus (so the mouse scroll wheel will not change the numeric value). - Release Date: 7/27/2020
  • The Report Maintenance page was changed so any Report Column changes will now show in the Event Log. Previously only the Field Names of the report columns were included in the event log. - Release Date: 7/22/2020
  • Accounting
  • The branch, profit center, and cost centers will now display on the Financial Statement forms based on the user's code preference (rather than just the description). - Release Date: 11/13/2020
  • In Account Balance Inquiry, a problem was fixed where Budget balances were incorrectly being included in the actual balances amounts. - Release Date: 11/13/2020
  • When generating financial statements, you can now enter a Comment to be included on the page header. - Release Date: 10/16/2020
  • Bank Reconciliation now includes the option to create a Bank Reconciliation Report. - Release Date: 9/8/2020
  • A new field named "Transaction YYYYMM" has been added to the "GL Transactions" generic report. This will allow you to be selective on contiguous ranges of Transaction Year+Month for QTD or YTD reporting or similar. - Release Date: 7/30/2020

  • Customer
  • In Customer Maintenance, changing the Customer Credit Hold settings has been moved to a toolbar button named "Customer Hold Options" at the top of the form. This includes the "Credit Hold Exempt" and "On Credit Hold" checkboxes as well as the "Credit Hold Notification" textbox. These fields will still display in the "Settings" panel as read-only fields. You will need to have the Customer permission of "Set/Clear Customer Hold" in order to view and use this toolbar button. Additionally, you can now choose to change the Order Hold status on any open sales orders when changing the customer hold status. This will allow you to match the order hold status to the customer hold status. - Release Date: 10/20/2020

  • You may now select multiple Session IDs when running an Inventory Count generic report. - Release Date: 1/8/2021
  • Serial Number has been expanded from 20 to 30 characters in inventory counts, transactions, and warehouse transfers. - Release Date: 12/3/2020
  • In Part Status Inquiry, you can now click on the column heading in any popup window (i.e. ShowGrid window) to sort the grid by that column. - Release Date: 8/12/2020
  • The Inventory Turnover generic report has been completed overhauled. This report will now have 3 standard questions ("Report Month", "Base Levels On", and "Calculate turns by") which reduces the need for many of the previously available fields. Because of this, many fields have also been renamed for clarity. - Release Date: 7/23/2020
  • The "Adjusted Stock Status Report" and "Dead Inventory Report" distribution will now create CSV files and XLS files without the page headings, page footers, group headings, or group footers. - Release Date: 7/2/2020
  • Labor
  • The Labor Efficiency Report now supports report distribution to a CSV file or XLS file without group headers/footers or page headers/footers. - Release Date: 1/7/2021
  • The Labor Employee Attendance Report was changed to use the In-Day Comment and Out-Day Comment if they are not blank/empty instead of the generated In-Day Notes and Out-Day Notes. - Release Date: 12/2/2020
  • The Labor Parameter, Labor Employee, Labor Work Code, and Labor Estimates tables now all include the Sales Phase Number field. This will allow time card labor to be merged to sales order detail by phase number as well as part number. This in turn facilitates sales order estimate to actual comparisons by phase number and part number. - Release Date: 9/24/2020
  • Time Clock Entry will now only show the time zone adjustment message if there is an actual adjustment. - Release Date: 8/3/2020
  • Time Clock Maintenance will now sort the Finder grid by "Clock DateTime" in descending order and then by Employee Number so that the most recent transactions will sort to the top. - Release Date: 7/28/2020
